The 2007 Pinot Noir Red Hills
Estate is a smooth-textured wine with plenty of sweet cherry and
raspberry fruit, a touch of tannin, and a lengthy, flavorful
finish.
Archery Summit is best known for its vineyard-designated Pinot
Noirs. However, the winery produces a small quantity of one of the
finest Pinot Gris’ of the Willamette. Anna Matzinger, Archery
Summit’s winemaker, describes her 2007s as “nervy and vivacious”, a
fair characterization. Valley.
