"Very pale color and brilliantly clear, luminescent, with just about 3% residual sugar. The aromas explode from the glass like a fresh bouquet of roses with pronounced layers of orange, nectarine and banana following through. The flavors have lots of peaches, gooseberries and hints of green apples with a touch of lime. The mouth feel is very full, the acidity is bright and refreshing and the finish is very long and lingering. The wine is wonderful with Crater Lake Blue Cheese. This would stand up nicely to smoked sausages with kraut, Thai chili sauce dishes or an appetizer of roasted figs on pita wedges with crumbled chevre drizzled with a honey balsamic reduction."
