The result is a richly flavored, full-bodied, perfectly balanced wine which will compliment many foods. Pair it with saut&#233;ed blue cheese polenta topped with mushroom tomato sauce, black pepper encrusted steak or Pork Chops Charcuti&#232;re (a spicy wine, tomato and vinegar sauce).
